We want you to love your swimwear. That’s why all items — even those on sale — are eligible for return or exchange.
If your bikini doesn’t fit the way you’d hoped, or you’d like a different size, you can send it back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Eligible returns
Your item can be returned as long as it is:
- In brand new condition, inside the original Camila Brazilian Biquini bag, with hygiene seal and tags still attached;
- Unworn, with no marks from tan, deodorant, or makeup.
How to return
Complete the online return form below so we know what you’d like to do — exchange or refund.
Post it back: Send your parcel to the return address provided after you submit the form.
Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 10 business days.

Our policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.
